To the KI/KII officer: These are just my suggestions to get you going. Implement them however you see best. You are in full control. If you don’t do anything, the office dies.
The KI/KII office (knowledge sharing office) is concerned with members/pupils interchanging their knowledge and might we add, their skills gained. The first goal is to motivate people to dive deeper into their fields of interest to become experts. The second goal is to broaden their knowledge (avoid narrow-mindedness) so that they become all-rounded. A byproduct is networking and possibly, innovation.
By participating, the participants should become more knowledgeable. They should also expect improvements to their presentation and communication skills in addition. The 3 key drivers are value, quality, and simplicity. Make these as fun as you can while at it. Without the 3, the office is somewhat useless.
I trust the KI/KII officer is an enthusiastic reader. If not, they should start working on it. Potential is dormant without knowledge.
On that note, I call on the KI/KII to read more about knowledge sharing, the advantages, and how other organizations are doing it.
